How quick can we get our job back ?

Our normal turnaround times are around 4-5 working days, but because we do all our work onsite we do have the ability to juggle some jobs and get those really urgent ones out quicker.

What sort of artwork do I need to supply ?

This depends on what type of branding you want. If you are after embroidery a jpeg, or pdf is all that is required. If you are after Digital Printing, Heat Press or Laser engraving then a vector format file (CorelDraw, Illustrator or editable PDF) is best. If you can’t provide this we can convert to vector for a cost of $40.00 plus GST.

How much will it cost ?

Again this depends on the service you go for. Normally a small left chest design (embroidery, heat press or digital print) is included in the price of the garment if you purchase them through us. Embroidery pricing is based on the number of stitches, and heat press and digital print is priced based on area. The best thing to do is contact us through our quotes page, fill out all the details and we can get back to you.

What is the set up cost ?

To get your design ready for Embroidery, Heat Press, Lasering or Digital Print there is time involved. This involves vectorising or digitising artwork into a format that can be read by our embroidery or printing software. Typically embroidery setup is around $35.00 plus GST and Laser, Heat Press or Digital Print is around $40.00 plus GST.

Setup is a one off cost, repeat jobs with no edits to the artwork will not incur another setup cost.

Do you do one offs ?

Yes we do, but we have a minimum invoice of $30.00 plus GST.  We do have price breaks for quantities, so the larger the run the more cost effective it is.

Do I need to come to your showroom ?

Not necessarily, the entire process can be done online or via email, from garment selection to logo proofing.  We do carry a range of samples, so a visit to our showroom can help you make the final decision about garments.  If we don’t have samples of the garments you are after, we can get them in.  A repeat order seldom requires a visit.

Can you put the Nike tick on my jacket ?

NO! Any company logo such as Ford, Holden, All Blacks or Nike (or the like) will require written permission to be reproduced due to copywrite.

Do I have to have an account ?

No, cash customers are fine, we just need full payment on pickup – Cash, Eftpos or Cheque (no Credit Cards). Account holders are expected to pay in full on the 20th of the Month following.
